Dispelling Athiests

This is a very short post, but the following quotation from an unknown author, speaks volumes. I do not intend for my shared opinion with the author, to be offensive to anyone.

If, you are truly a scientific person, who doesn't have a belief system or a faith,
then to not beleive in God means you have to prove he doesn't exist, using scientific method.
(experimentation and observation in controlled conditions, like a laboratory)

If you cannot do this, then your atheism is not scientifically based, and this is intellectually disingenuous.

Atheism is a beleif system without proof.

A blind faith. I hope you agree.

Comparison of Family Life Today in Different Regions of the World

A family unit is undoubtedly the most important unit in human social life. Our family members are the people to whom we are related due to our blood ties. The people who belong to one family share the place in which they live, as well as surnames and the experience of their lives. Family units are important as they play a very prominent role in building the personality of a person. Everyone experiences family life. For some this experience is very good and it brings positivism to their lives, while others suffer just because the family unit to which they belong is not the one which can give them much-needed love and affection. What you become in your life and how you behave is very much dependent upon your family life. Thus we can easily say that family life is very important to everyone. Children from broken families suffer a lot. They are not that confident when they move on and face the world. They often expect that the world will not treat them in a fair manner. This psychological complexity develops due to the lack of the care and protection that only a healthy family unit can provide.

What to Consider When Looking for a Church

Are you interested in attending church?  If you are and if you have yet to do so in your adult years, you may be wondering how you should proceed. In all honestly, it is much easier to find a church if you already have a religion in mind. With that in mind, it is more than possible for you to find a new church, as well as whole new religion, if you are interested in doing so.

When it comes to looking for a new church congregation to join, there are a number of important factors that you will want to take into consideration.  One of those factors is the location of the church in question.  Many church goers enjoy attending church services at a church that is located within a reasonable distance from their home. With that mind, it is not unheard of for others to travel hours just to attend their church services.  This is devotion at its best.

60 Minutes To Clear Goals

I think that most people would agree that the people who have goals are more successful than those who do not have any.

I often talk about leadership and management. Leadership is about doing the right things while management is about doing things right. Often when we study time management, we study efficiency (doing things right) and make the assumption that we have the effectiveness (leadership) solved.

The first step in any time management system should be to work on goals and as such, I use the following 60 Minute Goal Setting Exercise.

  • Step 1: at the top of a blank piece of paper write down “values” and then spend 10 to 15 minutes writing down everything that you value. There is a great website: www.stevepavlina.com/ that has a list of several hundred values to start your mind thinking in the right direction.

After the time is up, stop doing this and move to Step 2.

Managing Stress Could Be Blessing In Disguise!

Life with stress and life without stress- they are poles apart!

Some types of stress are inevitable. Some stresses are those over which you have no control. Plus, some one may be the cause of your stress; there are some types of stress of which you are the cause, and therefore you have to find its solution.

Mostly, the level of your stress and the level of your heartbeat go hand in hand. The greater the pounding, more intense is the level of the pressure. Nobody is happy to own the stress permanently. Hence, arises the question of managing the stress.

The causes of stress are innumerable. May be that it concerns your children, or the usual, unusual arguments with your spouse. A word of caution to the heart patients. Develop the trait of patience and avoid stress at all costs. Stress is the cause of many heart attacks.

Remember the cop managing the heavy traffic in a busy junction-he is the master of traffic rules, he has the assistance of red, yellow and green signals. He regulates, controls the rush of a large number of vehicles, with the assistance of these signals.

Seeking the Truth to Improve Your Personal Life

Mendacities are the start of our troubles. When we lie, we build on lies, which lead to disaster. To live happy you have to learn to tell the truth. Sometimes the truth hurts, but in the end you will find that the truth sets you free. Lies include procrastination.

Avoiding Procrastination to Improve Personal Life:

When you procrastinate, you are wasting time, burning energy, and failing to achieve your goals. Procrastination is the process of putting things off. The more you put things off the more you get behind. In addition, procrastination makes a person lazy, which is not good for your health. To help you improve personal life, you need to stop lying to you and tell yourself that you can do it. If you take measures to do it now you will see that your load gets lighter.
